1.By using the Discord bot "Slimecraft" ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Bot.

2.Users must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service while using this Bot.

3.The Bot provides features such as Minecraft server ping and payment processing. Features may change or be updated without prior notice.

4.All in-app purchases are processed via Stripe using supported payment methods. Subscriptions must be renewed manually each month and are not automatically renewed.

5.All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6.Spamming commands, abusing the Bot, or using it for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.

7.The Bot does not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance or downtime may occur without prior notice.

8.The developer reserves the right to revoke access if a user violates these Terms. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

9.The developer is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to server downtime, data loss, or failed pings.

10.These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Bot after updates will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
